Capel-Y-Ffin,
St Mary |
A chapel of ease to Llanigon.
It is one of the smallest in the country, only 8 meters by
4 meters inside. It was built in 1762. There are two tiny
galleries, on the west and north walls. |

Patrishow,
St Mary |
In the nave, which is dominated by its finely carved rood
screen and west gallery, there are earlier stone side altars and a later
pulpit. Eighteenth century religious texts are painted on the
walls.

Numbered pews with doors.
The 1857 restoration removed the barrel organ, now restored,
to the west end. The 18th century two-decker pulpit
was divided, one half becoming the priest's stall. The 17th
century altar and altar rails remain. |
