The East end of the church, which is a Redundant Church.  Here there is a Jacobean pulpit, and the old altar rails have been made into the balustrade of the tower gallery.

The West end, showing the gallery, which essentially the Ringing Room for the bellringers. The right hand picture also shows the detail of the choir pew ends.

This picture shows an amount of remarkable wear on one of the sandstone columns, usually only seen on the exterior of buildings.
 

St. Andrew, Walpole St. Andrew

This church is maintained by the Churches Conservation Trust with money provided by Parliament and the Church of England, and by the gifts of the public. Although no longer used for regular worship it remains a consecrated building.
